If this is true, then Gov. Walker, Congressional leaders and President Obama need to investigate it.
But you know they won't.
In an email from the TeaPartyExpress:
"Details emerge as to why Sen. Pam Galloway resigned!
Yesterday we reported that we have our first casualty of the union-led Recalls in Wisconsin. Republican Senator Pam Galloway announced that she would resign instead of face the unions' Recall and strong-arm tactics of intimidation and harassment.
Now, it has been reported by The Blaze that union and self-proclaimed Recall leader John Spiegelhoff was obsessed with strong-arming and intimidating Sen. Galloway to the point of harassment. In his emails to her he called her a "pig," suggested to the female Senator that she should "stay at home, Pam" and cautioned that they were "coming for her."
We thought these kind of union strong-arm tactics died with Jimmy Hoffa, but apparently they are alive and well in Wisconsin. It is deplorable that these are the kind of schoolyard bully tactics that the pro-Recall crowd is using. Like we have been saying, when the unions and liberal left do not have the truth on their side, they will resort to lies and name-calling.
While Sen. Galloway has publicly said that the unions' harassment of her is not her main reason for her resignation, I am sure that the idea of enduring such personal and rude attacks during a nasty Recall election was not very appealing. It is definitely no way to treat a sitting Wisconsin Senator, respected doctor and esteemed surgeon.
We can not let them get away with this kinds of behavior and must stand up to them and defeat their frivolous Recall efforts."
Why does ANYONE put up with this kind of thing from such abusive and power hungry dipsticks?
Why do union members allow this sort of thing from their supposed leaders? (As if this is the actions of ANY kind of leader. Its the actions of thugs and misogynists.) What if Rep. Galloway was their mother, or daughter or granddaughter or sister or wife? Would they allow these despicable people to do this? Why aren't they in an uproar?
I don't think most unions are necessary anymore and they are often breeding grounds for the power hungry or greedy. But some people like the idea of unions. And if they don't abuse their positions, force themselves onto workers who don't want to be a member, or actually work on behalf of their actual members, I guess thats up to those people. But for me, they have just become sleazy.
But why would ANTONE think this type of activity from ANYONE is okay?
President Obama, are you listening? Rep. Pelosi, this is one of your own (a fellow female politician), are YOU listening?
Probably not. Bunch of deniers.
You may agree with me. You may disagree with me. I don't really care. So long as you are not APATHETIC about the whole thing. So long as you THINK about this type of activity. Look into it yourself to see if it is a valid claim. If YOU find out it is, if you see for yourself (not be told by some SPIN-miester) then tell your politician, your leaders, your President, that this type of thing will not be tolerated. But don't just listen to me or take my word for it. And definitely don't take the word of others. AVOID THE SPIN. DON"T BE SHEEP. But hey, this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.
Have a great day.

"Shameless campaign to bully and American business" over
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has dropped its complaint over Boeing's opening of a plant in South Carolina, at the request of the union that opened the suit in the first place.
NLRB spokesman (and President Obama appointee), Lafe Solomon, stated that the case was "never about the union or the N.L.R.B. telling Boeing where it could put its plants . . . [t]he case was always about the loss of future jobs in the Seattle area. This agreement has resolved that issue. There is job security in the Washington area."
Others thought differently.
The U.S. Chamber of COmmerce felt different. Even though they welcomed the boards decision, Randell K Johnson, Sr. VP of labor, said that more "needs to be done to prevent this outrageous overreach in the future.”
Republican lawmakers and GOP Presidential candidates decried it as a regulatory overreach by the Obama Administration. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) called the complaint "frivolous." Rep. Joe Kline (R-MI) called the case a "shameless campaign to bully an American business."
And Boeing, who has maintained all along that the suit was without merit, expressed their gratitude of all the support received from across the country.
I also made comment on this case (as I, until recently, resided in SC and was intimate with the case).
However, I feel compelled to greet this decision with a bit of tempered elation. Tempered, because it only came after Boeing came to an agreement with the unions in Washington state. Both the union and the NLRB can view this decision as a victory. And they would be correct in that assumption. Because they were indeed able to bully an American business through the cooperation of a government agency. The Obama Administration's bedtime relationship with the unions can only be overturned by either a full force determination to block any future nominations by the POTUS to this board, or by his termination as President in November of 2012.
The latter seems a difficult prospect at best, given the current crop of GOP candidates and the fact that they are not really thrilling the rank and file of the Republican base.
I salute the determination of Boeing and our Republican lawmakers to the successful public airing of this issue. But I fear that future union / NLRB joint efforts to destroy American business will have more success. Unless we, as a people, stand up and tell them ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Block Obama nominations to this board. Stop union efforts to undermine business for their own personal, monetary and power grab gains. (Defeating Card check legislation, as one example.) Vote this President, who is intent on destroying this country in the name of social change, OUT of office in November 2012.
These are only a few ways, but by far the best ways, of telling the people in power that WE give them that power and WE CAN TAKE IT AWAY!
Agree or disagree, it doesn't really matter to me. So long as I get you to stop being mindless sheep and start thinking for yourselves, I have done my job. But,a s usual, this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.

Politicians are SO FULL OF IT!!!!
Alright, "San Fran Nan"? Do you want to extend the tax cuts "which contributed to the deficit," like you said not much more than a year ago? Or are you telling Americans they cannot let Congress go home without passing these tax cuts for "for millions of hardworking Americans at a time when they are trying hard to get back on their feet," like you said in your email today and to the press?
I am so fed up with POLITICIANS!!!!!!!! All of them.
We have a current crop of GOP candidates who want to be President next year that I wouldn't let dog sit for me. And the Democrats in office are so full of caca that if you get too close you need toilet paper to wipe off the spittle coming from their frothing mouths.
Obama is delusional. Pelosi is a lunatic who really can't keep straight which lie she is spreading this week or which group she is supposed to be pandering to. Boehner keeps missing the opportunity to let the public know WHY the GOP is opposing the President, and maybe doesn't even really know himself. Reid is too busy trying to shut down houses of ill-repute in Nevada, probably due to his guilt over sex or something.
And 90% of the rest of the elected officials, that is the politicians in government, are too busy either trying to build up re-election coffers for themselves or their compatriots to really pay attention to what the hell is really going on in America.
I think maybe we should just go out there in our Facebook, Twitter and blog would and get the Glenda Sturkies elected to all levels of government. I don't know if it will be better but it will certainly send a message out to all these "Professional" public servants, like Barney Frank, who screw up the country for their own personal gain or that of their friends and then live off our dime after they have made millions and retire. (Where they still live off our dime.)
Let us get a bunch of people who will agree to keep certain key personnel (like the Secretary of Defense - you know, to keep the country safe while we transition from a career politician run government to the government "of the people, for the people, by the people") in place when they assume office, and get them elected.
Crazy idea, I know. Agree or disagree, I don't care. So long as I get you thinking for yourselves and not being zombies of the current crop of losers and their cronies like the unions, I have done my job. Anyway, this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.

Steve Isreael and Dems Hug Unions and Screw America
"Will you stand with President Obama in creating jobs?"
This is the question in a recent email from Steve Israel, Chairman of the DCCC. In the email was a very disturbing image. (And I don't just mean the image of standing with a President who really has no clue how to "create jobs" in America.)
"Dems 2012 . . . Union-Made in the USA!" Union-made??! Now if that does not confirm all I have been saying about how Democrats and liberals are in the pockets of unions, I don't know what is. This is so very scary a thought. Unions controlling our country.
Not to say that almost all politicians are in the pockets of special interest groups, but just imagine how scary a country controlled by unions would be. Gone wold be your ability to work for whoever you want, wherever you want to work without being beholden to some political, money greedy thugs. (Yes, my opinion of unions is very strong in the negative direction and I have experience to back up my great dislike. Maybe I'll detail it here some day . . . like a whole post dedicated because the tale is scary and bit long.)
Take the NLRB and unions attack of Boeing and South Carolina.
Sout Carolina is a right to work state. You can quit and/or they can fire you, without preamble. But companies are very employee-centric in states like this. Andwith SC's 10.5% unemployment rating, they need to attract business however they can, to get their citizens back to work. Boeing, seeing the huge potential of a dedicated workforce, a state willing to help them and none of the union BS they have to deal with in states like PA or WA. Employees wages can be geared toward the area economic situation and employees don't have to lose a chunk of their money to unions.
AND what unions wil not tell you is that states like this CAN have unions in them. But it is up to employees to both opt in to these unions and opt out if they don't like it. Becasue unions don't want workers to determine what is best for themselves.
And with all the protections under law in place, the usual reasons for unions are non-existent.
Union-made politicians. Man, if that don't give you nightmares, I don't know what will.
Now, onto President Obama creating jobs. He still does not know how to do it. He's never done it. And, by all indications, he never will. He is still blowing hot air about 'shovel-ready' jobs even though he admitted there are no such things. And construction jobs for specific projects in mind are not continuing jobs, they are temporary band-aies to get workers back to work. In this field only. For secretaries, bakers, doctors, and so many other professions that make up almost 80% of the workfroce, these types of jobs are not in the cards.
Mr. President, get outof the way, stop making stupid stump speeches and get with the program. Start talking to the industry leaders who WILL create jobs to find out how it is done. Stop stabbing the job creators in the back with your class warfare rhetoric. If you thought that everyone in America shuold give their fair share than do on of two things, or both, if you're courageous enough. Make EVRYONE pay taxes, not just the 'wealthy'. And / or make taxes simple. Do away with loopholes, make the tax rate a definative thing. 10% for everyone. No ifs, ands or buts. 10%. And everyone pays. Because right now you have 50% of America not paying ANY taxes. Where is your political stump speeches about how THESE citizens are not contributing? It is in the politically correct category of "don't upset the apple cart, don't make enemies of your constituent base, don't make it seem like you hate poor people." Instead just hate rich people, ignoring the fact that has been pointed out to you time and time again. It is the wealthy business owners who create jobs. Not the government, not the poor, not the lower income middle class.
I could go on, but I thnk I made my point. If not, comment and tell me what you think I am wrong about or what you think I missed. I won't mind. I won't get upset. I won't stop answering your questions (unlike some politicians who refuse to speak with media outlets or citizens who ask the tough questions). Because this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.
Have a great day.

The loonies in DC are at it again!
President Obama has no clue as to what it takes to run a business - he has never run a business, has never been involved in the running of a business, has no clue what it takes to get a business running nor keep it going - and yet he will not intervene in the NLRB's decision to take Boeing to court on the word of greedy, sleazy, low life union thugs who don't care a hoot about workers in America, just their grab for power and money. The members are Presidential appointments, not elected, meaning that it is up to the President to keep these nimrods in check. but he won't. Why? because he is bowing to the almighty dollar unions thugs throw into his re-election coffers. heaven forbid he do what is right for America, the American worker or the economy!
Contact your Senator to tell them that they need to pass S. 964. (The "Job Protection Act") Sign the petition that 37 Republican Senators have begun in order to get this legislation on the books in order to curtail the non-elected officials at the NLRB. Call, write, email the White House and let the President know that the actions of the NLRB are in opposition to his responsibilities to make sure Americans can get back to work, which will shore up the economy and get America back on track. Write letters to the editor of your local paper, or the national rags such as the Wall Street Journal. Let your family and friends know that they need to speak up because our government will not.
Now that that little rant is out of the way, lets move on to another topic of interest that affects every single one of us in so many ways.
NASA.
The chopping of NASA's budget makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. If you agree, you probably know why. But if you are like so many politicians and so many liberal loonies who would shoot their foot to get rid of a corn on your toe, let me enlighten you as to why NASA is more iportant than many people realize.
You like getting less radiation during x-rays and mammograms? MASA made that possible. You like the benefit of artificial limbs not being clunky things, thus allowing people who lose limbs (like our brave men and women in the military and the likes of lance Armstrong) to re-enter society in productive ways? NASA made that possible, too.
Too esoteric and not applicable to you personally? How about smoke detectors? NASA (for Skylab in the '70s) did that. Baby formula? Nasa. Cordless drills? Yard trimmers? Dustbusters? NASA, NASA, and NASA. CAT scans and MRIs?? That was NASA, too.
NASA began in October of 1958 and replaced NACA (National Advisory Commission for Aeronautics), which began in 1915. And for the past 50+ years has been working in conjunction with civilian businesses to design and develop technology which accounts for so much you never really knew before. (For more info, check out this article.)
So why keep NASA's funding in place and work on getting NASA's mission back on track? Who knows what wonders and innovations they will come up with in the next 50 years. Who knows what lives could be made better, saved. But I can tell you how many lives will NOT be made better if the funding is allowed to be cut and NASA dissected . . . ZERO. NONE. NADA.
Tell you elected officials to read that article linked above. Tell them that NASA is not only vital to our national economy, but it is important for our future.
Agree, disagree, it really doesn't matter. If only you come away with some new thoughts on things or with a different perspective - in other words if you think for yourself instead of listening to other people, including me - then I have done my job. Because, you know, this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.
Have a great day.

Unions to War, Obama proves clueless
President Obama is so very clueless on many things. Unions and war are just two.
UNIONS
Because of his union boss support (not necessarily union MEMBER support), Obama is looking at where the money is coming from instead of where America is going to find jobs. Instead of stepping in (because he doesn't want to), Obama is letting the NLRB run rough shod over state's rights and worker's rights. Unless something illegal is being done (and I don't mean some theoretical revenge fantasy), then the NLRB has no right to tell states how they can create jobs, they have no right to tell companies where they can and cannot build their business units, and they shure as heck don't have the right to play patsy with union bosses who only whine when something goes NOT their way.
Boeing is the visible example of Obama's cluelessness about business, and his money / political motivations. After Boeing began building a new (not a replacement) facility in South Carolina, the union was mum. When employees were hired and they were part of the union, the union stayed quiet. But as soon as the workers (who were in their rights by all national and state standards) decided and voted to get rid of the union )so they could just do their jobs and get paid without having to lose part of that pay to union dues and have to worry about some union thug telling them they had to strike or do whatever) did the union cry foul. Only when their funnel of money dried up did they whine to the NLRB that Boeing was "retaliating" against them due to a previous strike, by opening this new facility to South Carolina.
The question to ask is why wait until the workers decide to oust the union? Why wait until they are no longer getting money to file a complaint? And why does Obama not step in and tell these (UNELECTED and ONLY ANSWERABLE TO HIM) NLRB nutjobs to back off? Most of the answers are obviouos. The last answer is two fold.
Because Obama has no clue how business works and jobs are created (he still thinks HE creates actual jobs), and because he doesn't want to risk his re-election funding. (Which is ironic as he says he doesn't care if he only serves one term. LIAR!)
WAR
I don't think I really have to explain how clueless the President is when it comes to war. But I will elucidate a few points.
I would prefer our men and women are not fighting and dying in some foreign country. I would prefer that the underlying issue for politicians (not civilians or military - their bottom line is security of America and Americans) were not money and oil. I would prefer that radical nut jobs stick to killing each other and let the world alone. I would prefer many things. But the fact is, we are at war. And as such, we have a responsibility to our national security and the well being of those that fight for us and along side us. Among those responsibilities are not encouraging our enemy, not giving vital intelligence about the movement and intentions to our enemies, not making confusing statements to our military and allies, not denigrating our country nor allies nor military, and most assuredly not outlining what we are going to do next. War is fought to win. One side or the other wins and those who are dead, destroyed or affected - lose. It is that simple. If you do not win, you lose. If you do not intend to go for a win, you do not go to war. (And I am not just talking about the wars from the previous Administration - Libya is a war if we are attacking, destroying and killing people in another country.)
Which leaves the President clueless or delusional about war. In Afghanistan, we continue until we and the Afghans are safe. If that means until the enemy is completely destroyed or until the Afghans can handle it themselves. That is a win. Anything else is a loss. And a loss to these fanatical jackals would only encourage them. In Libya, either do the business or get off the pot. Because right now, it is a war. Just as the terrorist declared war on the USA, Obama and the allies declared war on the sitting government by their actions.
AMERICA IS SPECIAL
An email from the Human Events website quoted President Obama as saying "I believe in American Exceptionalism, just as I imagine that Greeks believe in Greek Exceptionalism and the British believe in British Exceptionalism."
The email went on to proclaim, "But as former Speaker of the House and GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich points out, American Exceptionalism isn't about cheerleading for the home team. It's about recognizing and honoring the history-making, world-changing ideals that made America great — exceptionally great." However, I am reminded of a line from a popular movie a few years ago.
In The Incredibles, Helen (the mom) is telling Dash (the son) why he couldn't use his powers. He says that his dad says "our powers were nothing to be ashamed of, they make us special." To which his mom says "Everyone is special, Dash." Muttering under his breathe, Dash utters the phrase Obama seems to embrace. "Which is another way of saying no one is."
I understand there are things the President knows but the average citizen will never know. But there are so many things that no matter what the true situation is, no matter what secret special information that Obama knows, there are still so much that he is getting wrong . . . just from a common sense standpoint.
And this is where I have such an incredibly staggering frustration with not only the President, but also with the many politicians (who have other agendas) and the main stream media (who are so paranoid about losing access that they will subvert their very responsibility to keep it). When faced with a torrent of water coming at you, it just makes common sense to close the door, hold you breath and surface when it is safe. But to open the windows, turn on the faucets and yell real loud at the oncoming wave is just silly. And this is how Obama and his Administration approach every problem this country is facing.
Simply stated, in a word, clueless.
Agree with me, disagree with me, whisper to yourselves that somebody should call the men in the white suits (or black suits and glasses, whichever). It makes no difference to me. So long as I opened some eyes and get you to think for yourselves, I have done my job, done my best to contribute to the future of America. But heck, this is just me, Thinking Out Loud.
Have a great day!~
